Returns policy

1 Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

2 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@be-official.me with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

3 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
